The staff are very polite, the pools are always very clean, and the atmosphere is pleasant.

The hostess in room 151 did not respond to the only message I sent, not even out of cordiality. Whatever I needed, I resolved directly with reception. The microwave is very rusty inside, peeling off.

The value for money is good, because the daily rate is cheap, that cannot be denied, and there is a 24-hour water park, which is good. Monday to Thursday is great because the condominium is not so crowded. For those looking for affordable value, without so much comfort, this is the ideal place.

The room needs renovation, changing some furniture, old curtains, bad mattress, old sofa, old minibar, old microwave, bad shower, in the photos they show 2 benches and there is only 1, and other details that need more care from the owners. From Friday to Sunday the condominium is crowded, and so is the water park, which makes going to the water park a not so good experience.

The owner responded to us promptly, we had no problems with the accommodation. Good bed, hot showers, air working well. As I knew there was a charge for bed and bath linen, I took my own items.

Even though the owner justifies it and I understand, I think there is a lack of a sink in the part where the microwave and minibar are located (which is even leaking water), and I also think there should be a minimum of support such as a sandwich maker, a blender, some cutlery, plates and glasses to facilitate quick snacks. There should also be rugs in the bathroom stall or at least a floor cloth as this makes it easier to keep the place clean. The TV in the bedroom doesn't show all the channels, unlike the living room which already has more channels, as I have children it makes a difference for me. The separate mattress needs to be replaced. I didn't like being surprised with paying a fee at the hotel per person for club maintenance since the accommodation here already said that all fees and taxes were included. $10 per person regardless of age is not exempt for anyone. Amount paid for the total stay, but as I had to change rooms I paid the fee twice.
